"While a very friendly team, they do not look out for your best interest. When we first setup our car insurance, they did not suggest or encourage us to sign up for the "drive safe and save" program that would have saved us 30%. When we wanted to add a second vehicle they did not mention the multi-vehicle discount. When we requested the "drive safe and save" for our other vehicle it took them many days to set it up. If you know what you are doing and are sure to ask them / check that they have actually implemented it then fine to work with. They are very responsive"

"This agency is the not the place anyone should ever go to. Please DO NOT trust the word of these people here at this place. These people will tell you absolutely anything to get your business. NEVER go off their word!! What ever you do!! Simple things such as rental car coverage. We pay $475.00 a month and they lie and tell you are covered well and you are NOT!! They lie and tell you to be careful with leaving because other companies might not have the converge this place has, then you find out that Jeremy Henry's office has the bottoms of the barrel coverage. PLEASE DO NOT GO OFF THE WORD OF THE TEAM HERE! They do not have the best interest the customer AT ALL!!"

Ross was AWESOME from the beginning -- getting my policies transferred seamlessly. After experiencing a hit and run on my car and then a stolen catalytic converter on my partner's vehicle, my partner ended up switching to Jeremy's office DUE TO ROSS! The other State Farm office was just not up to par in helping him deal with the theft claim (so many run-arounds... 4+ months..).
